Yet another of halibabica's original characters that probably has no business being here. First seen in RMN Bros. 3 as a mini-boss, he played the same role in RMN All-Stars and appears in RMN World only by association. He's not out to be combative this time; he knows you're getting enough trouble from his creator's rampant self-insert.
Originally thought up in halibabica's high school days, he became part of a proper story for the first time in the old comic series, The Kelly Chronicles. There, he played the role of a stubborn (but obedient) foe. Later, he showed up in Artists at the Ready. Since this is his most recent appearance, his past is barely worth a mention.
